Why to join Keys Excellence?
First, it is based on the real experience of our experts. The program includes on-site evaluation: a person in charge will visit the hotel incognito to analyse and study the hotel through the eyes of a potential customer, without any major treatments.
At the end, the hotel will receive an international award with the presentation of an award plaque. The evaluation can be shared on social media and website.
We will touch on your strengths and weaknesses, engage in a B2B assessment that can determine real deficits, which can have a negative impact on the customers journey. Those can turn into low retention, low satisfaction, poor ROI. Here is the list of all the hotels and BBs joining the program:
How it works the program?
Request a quote to find out rate, terms and conditions. After contractual consent, wait for our inspector's incognito visit. After all, you receive the final award tag rating with a program report and analysis, indicating the rating.
The mystery guest, the person who analyses your facility, will consider all departments and services, such as common areas and the assigned room. The next day, during the common check-out procedure, the expert will reveal the identity and continue the analysis.
What do I get at the end of the analysis?
The final report includes a detailed account and a brief analysis, indicating the evaluation of departments and services. The mystery guest will consider all departments and services available to the public, such as common areas and the assigned room.
The next day, during the check-out, the mystery guest will reveal the identity and continue the analysis with the owner or one of the managers. After the inspection, the property will receive the report and the Keys Excellence tag assignment. The total score will determine the rating, which is based on a score from 1 to 7 Keys of excellence.
